HOLI Festival

Holi Festival, held annualy throughout India during the full moon of March, celebrates at the same time the coming of spring and the love between the god Krishna and his wife Rhâda.
It's a spiritual, convivial and festive moment.
In the area of Braj Boomi, around the city of Mathura where Krishna is borned, the festivities reach their heights and last longer than 10 days.
Throughtout the cities of Vrindavan, Barsana, Nan Gaon and Mathura, people cover each other with the powders of significant colours : pink for love, green for harmony, yellow for fervour.
